● Do you like meeting new people?
Definitely. I learn a lot from new acquaintances. They often bring fresh perspectives on things, which I find very enriching.
● How often do you meet new people?
Not very often. I’m quite busy with my studies, so I mostly meet new people when I hang out with my friends and they introduce me to someone new.
● Do you find it easy to talk to new people?
Yes, it’s not difficult for me. I usually start by asking about their personal information and then about their families. In the future, I plan to enroll in a communication class to improve my skills even further.
● Do you worry about what people you meet think of you?
At the moment, I don’t. It's fine if they don’t like me. I consider myself a likable person who is outgoing and helpful. I love to give others a hand whenever possible, so there are mostly no reasons for anyone to dislike me.
PART 2:
Describe a vehicle you would like to buy
You should say:

And explain why you would prefer this means of transport.
Answer:
To be honest, I don't have a plan to purchase a new vehicle at the moment. My motorbike is serving me exceptionally well. It facilitates my daily commute to and from school with minimal technical or mechanical breakdowns. Having said that, once I start my own family, I might wanna get an electric car.
I’d like to have a car because it would be spacious enough for my family members. We could embark on trips to new destinations on weekends. I have an insatiable curiosity and love to explore diverse cultures and meet new people with my family.
I prefer it to be an electric car due to my environmental concerns. There is a Vietnamese electric car manufacturer called Vinfast. Their products embody the principles of convenience and low emissions, which align with my concept of an ideal car.
While I acknowledge that the automotive industry may evolve over the next few years, offering more options, a Vinfast vehicle currently seems the most appealing to me. I am committed to excelling in my university studies to secure a well-paid job, enabling me to afford the car as soon as possible.
PART 3:
● What are the advantages of public and private transportation?
Public transportation is advantageous for several reasons. Firstly, it is environmentally friendly, as it helps reduce the number of individual vehicles on the road, thereby lowering emissions. Additionally, public transportation is often more cost-effective, as there is no need to pay for the upkeep of personal vehicles, and governments frequently subsidize ticket fares. In contrast, private vehicles offer greater convenience. They can be used at any time, allowing individuals to travel according to their own schedules and preferences.
● What are the advantages to society of having more people using mass transportation?
The societal benefits of mass transportation are numerous. Firstly, it contributes to less pollution, both noise and air pollution, by reducing the number of private vehicles on the road. For example, in cities like Tokyo, the extensive use of public transportation has significantly lowered air pollution levels compared to cities with higher private vehicle usage. And what’s more, it also encourages more active lifestyles, as people are more likely to walk to and from their nearest bus or train stops. This can lead to improved public health and reduced healthcare costs.
● How can governments encourage people to use public transportation more frequently?
Governments can take several measures to promote the use of public transportation. Designing a better and more comprehensive transportation system is crucial. In Hanoi, for instance, the public transportation network should cover greater parts of the city, as users currently have to walk considerable distances, which can be tiring and time-consuming. Additionally, governments can launch campaigns to raise awareness about environmental issues and the benefits of public transportation, thereby motivating more people to choose these eco-friendly options.
